What we collect, and what we don't.

accendoz.com is a marketing site. It has no user accounts, no database of visitors, and no advertising trackers. The only third-party tools it loads are the two analytics services described below.

Your browser may keep ordinary technical logs with our hosting provider (Hostinger), such as the pages requested and your IP address, for security and capacity reasons. We do not use those logs to profile visitors.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages help visitors and which do not. They set cookies and record things like which pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location and device type, and (for Clarity) how you scroll and click. Advertising features are switched off, and we never use this data to identify you or sell it.

To opt out, block cookies for this site in your browser, use a tracker blocker, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. Google’s and Microsoft’s handling of the data is covered by their own policies (Google, Microsoft).

When you fill in the enquiry form, the website composes a message on your device and opens it in your own WhatsApp or email app. Nothing is transmitted or stored by this website. Your details reach us only if you tap send in that app, and they then travel under that app’s own privacy terms (WhatsApp, or your email provider).

• We use your name, email, phone number and website only to reply to you and to prepare the audit you asked for.
• We keep enquiries in our business WhatsApp and email accounts. We do not sell them, rent them, or add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
• If we run a free audit, the findings are shared with you and not published anywhere.
• We keep client correspondence for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and reference. Ask and we will delete it sooner, unless a legal obligation says otherwise.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to info@accendoz.com or message us on WhatsApp. We reply within one working day.
